Commercial - Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial- Sales Manager to drive revenue growth forour organization. As a Commercial- Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This position requires exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial sales process.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify key marketsegments, industry trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to make data-driven decisions.

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify potential clients and cultivate strong business relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales strategies that align withproduct offerings and market demands.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presenceand build a solid network of contacts.

Sales Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitorsales metrics and KPIs to track individual performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance sales efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, issues, and
    feedbackpromptly.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the senior management team.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • She/he has to execute his/her own targets & sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a commercial sales management role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
