About White Hills Design: White Hills brings over a decade of interior design experience in Home, Office & Retail Space design with a strong hand in fields like–End to End Turnkey Project Management, Budget Planning & Auditing, Layout Designing, Project Execution, General Contracting, and Electrical & HVAC Auditing. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    Identify and engage with potential commercial clients seeking interior design services.
    Conduct needs assessments to understand the client’s requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interior design. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, finishes, and furnishings suitable for commercial spaces.
  3. Proposal Development:
    Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals that address the client’s needs. Present design concepts, layouts, and material options to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  4. Project Coordination:
    Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure seamless execution of approved design concepts. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials and oversee installations.
  5. Budget Management:
    Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for proposed design projects.
    Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  6. Relationship Building:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Attend industry events and network to generate leads and build a strong professional presence.
  7. Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitors in the commercial interior design sector. Utilize market insights to tailor sales strategies and offerings.
  8. Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  9. Client Education:
    Educate clients on the value and benefits of specific design solutions, emphasizing how they align with their business objectives. Guide sustainable and innovative design practices.
  10. Contract Negotiation:
    Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients. Ensure that contracts align with both client expectations and the company’s profitability goals.
  11. Post-Sale Follow-up:
    Conduct post-sale follow-ups to gather client feedback and assess satisfaction.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in commercial sales leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development.
